Delivery Times and Costs
Packages are dispatched from Germany. They are handed over to our trusted shipping service providers, within 1-3 business days. From that point forward, posting services will handle the delivery process, and we no longer have control over the delivery speed. Please find below estimated delivery times per destination based on information provided by our shipping partners.
Shipping
EU: 3-10 days
After placing an order, we will furnish you with a track-and-trace link, enabling you to monitor the progress of your package. Our team, in collaboration with our shipping partners, works diligently to ensure your product reaches your doorstep promptly.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process, allowing you to review them before finalising your order.
For shipments destined outside the European Union (EU), United States (USA), or Australia, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties and taxes imposed by your local customs authorities. These import duties and taxes are your responsibility, and we cannot assume responsibility for them. Should you decline to pay these fees, the package will be withheld by customs.
In the event of a delivery failure due to your refusal to pay import duties and taxes or for any other circumstances beyond our control, you will be responsible for both the return and reshipment costs. If you decide against accepting the package and request a refund, please note that we will retain the original shipping cost along with the return shipping cost.
